Possible Queries : 

-Is it possible to sync the ticket properties from secondary to primary when we merge a ticket ? 

- When two tickets are merged, we would like to merge the ticket fields and properties as well.


Resolution Path : 


Currently, when we merge one ticket to another, the Secondary ticket is marked with the status CLOSED, and it is merged with the Primary ticket. No other ticket properties are synced as of today, and hence this is not possible.. 

Therefore, when a customer has this requirement to sync ticket properties from the secondary or the primary, we can mark it as a Feature Request and link it the below tracker ticket :
