To enable or disable archiving


Resolution Path:


  1. If the customer would like to enable archiving in their account, add the feature archive_tickets from Freshops. This would enable archiving in the account with the default archiving period of 120 days.
  2. If the customer would like to enable archiving with a custom archiving period, raise an L2 ticket.
  3. If the customer would like to disable archiving, enable the setting disable_archive in their account from Freshops. Please do not remove the existing feature archive_tickets while doing so
