Resolution Path:


  • Validate the account details and issues with the help of a videograb.

  • If the list view filters do not return the appropriate filters, check if certain agents are facing this or if it is replicable. If it is an isolated issue, ask the agent to clear the cache and cookies and check.

  • If the issue persists, obtain occasional agent access to the customer's helpdesk. Check if the issue is replicable and if it is, raise an L2 ticket with details.

  • If the tickets are loading but the count in top right corner is incorrect and the pages cannot be navigated, raise L2 with details.
