1. How to add or edit date filters at a report level?
Filters added on the report level will be added to all widgets in the report. Filters added on the widget level will hold good only for that widget.
The customer would be able to apply filters at a report level based on a particular time-period like last week, last 6 months, etc., or a custom date range - this will help them understand their helpdesk metrics on a day-to-day basis, as well as help them keep an eye on overall performance.
The customer can apply the date range under the Basic Filters or Advanced Filters or in the Date Range section.

Please note that the date range filter will only work on metrics that have a date range dimension specified. Make sure that the customer adds them manually or clicks on the checkbox "Apply to all metrics in this report" to auto-apply them.
Advanced Filters:
