Resolution Path:


Obtain the following information,


  1. Video recording depicting the issue
  2. HAR file while uploading/downloading the attachments in Freshdesk
  3. Occasional agent access and check if the issue is reproducible.
  4. If not, check with the customer to try accessing the attachment post clearing the cache/ccokie or from an incognito window or from a different browser.
  5. If yes, please raise a support L2 ticket with all the necessary information to debug this further.
