Image Attachments Load Slow On FD

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Possible queries:
Unable to attach files, taking longer than expected.
Resolution Path:
Obtain the following information,
- Video recording depicting the issue
- HAR file while uploading/downloading the attachments in Freshdesk
- Occasional agent access and check if the issue is reproducible.
- If not, check with the customer to try accessing the attachment post clearing the cache/ccokie or from an incognito window or from a different browser.
- If yes, please raise a support L2 ticket with all the necessary information to debug this further.
