Also, try accessing your Freshdesk account in incognito mode after clearing caches and cookies to eliminate browser-related issues.
If the issue persists, please follow the steps below (refer to the article):
- Navigate to Admin > Email
- Make the primary email non-primary
- Try reauthorizing
- Make the email primary again.
