Unable to login using freshdesk login screen

If the Freshworks Login method is turned OFF then users will not be able to log in using the Freshworks login screen. We can turn this ON to enable the Freshworks login option.


To check this please click on the Freshworks Switcher -> Security -> Security Settings -> Default Login Method -> Freshworks Login -> Turned OFF.
