- Login to your freshdesk account to edit your end user profile.
- Click on your profile name on the top right corner > Edit profile.
- In the profile settings page, you can edit your name, password, phone, photo, twitter handle, timezone and language.
- Once you are done editing your profile settings, click on 'Save changes' for the changes to reflect on your account.
