We do not have a button to undo a specific action. However, if you had performed a bulk action then you can choose the filters in your list view to filter the tickets again and reorder it based on 'Last modified', then reverse your actions accordingly. Also, you can see the most recent activities from the Dashboard as well that will help you identify the tickets on which you had performed the action.
