How to set up signatures based on groups in Freshdesk?

If you are looking to have different signatures for when the ticket is assigned to different groups, this can be done using a third party that we have in our marketplace. You will be able to set it based on the Product the ticket is assigned to as well. You can check out the app by clicking on the link added below. https://apps.freshdesk.com/signature_management/
