Is it possible to disable the related articles suggestions on the support portal?

Yes, go to Admin > Portals > Settings > Disable 'Auto suggest solutions while creating a new ticket'.


If you want this disabled in the Solutions section you can hide this using the customisation feature which is available from the Estate plan.
