If you are trying to verify your forwarding settings in your mailbox and you are looking for the verification email and it has not arrived into the ticket list view. Click on the dropdown at the top of the Tickets list view page and move into the Spam folder--> Check if the verification email is present there.
I would need to receive now on Freshdesk an email with a confirmation code, but I didn't get any such email. Print
