I believe that this because of a Dispatch'r/ Observer/ Supervisor that you are being added as a Watcher in a ticket. Please move into the ticket, check all the Activities on the ticket by clicking on the Icon at the top of the page and check all the automations working on the ticket. One of the rules should have the action of adding you as a Watcher. Please edit the rule so that this is stopped.
