Please note that this requirement can be met using a Ticket creation automation rule. Please navigate to Admin -> Workflows -> Tickets -> Ticket Creation tab -> Click on new rule:
Condition:
- Source is Feedback widget
Action:
- Send email to Group/ agent (based on your use case)
