You can add a CC when replying to that ticket. And if you would like to add a CC to a ticket automatically, then you could do this by using a Dispatch'r rule from Admin--> Dispatch'r. By choosing the conditions for which you want the CC added and setting the Actions as 'Add CC' you can achieve the same.
