If multiple conditions are set under SLA, will that be considered as AND / OR ?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

If multiple conditions are set under SLA, then system will consider them as 'AND' if the conditions are added one below the error and if added in the same condition then it will follow the 'OR' condition.

In the case the rule will work if the company is 'Test 1' or 'Test 2' and the source of the ticket is 'Email'.
