I added a custom field to my ticket fields but I can't find it in the Supervisor conditions. Why?

If the custom ticket fields are single-line or multi-line fields, those fields will not be listed as conditions in a Supervisor rule. Currently, custom drop-down, dependent and checkbox fields will be available as conditions.
