What is a Table view?


It's a list view where columns of your choice can be added for ease of viewing. By default  the list view would be displayed in 'Card view'.



What are the columns that can be added in Table view?


By default, the Table view will show the default properties such as Group name, Assigned agent, Priority, Status, State (Overdue, Customer responded, etc). This can be customised further clicking on the edit icon to the top right and choosing the fields of interest including custom fields as well. Apart from Contact and Subject which can't be removed, all other fields may be added or removed as per choice.



Can the columns be rearranged?


Yes, the columns in the view can be rearranged as per choice by clicking on the edit icon and changing the order.
