Remove email restriction limits

We can send up to 30 outbound emails per day if the customer is on the Free plan.

There are no limits to the number of outbound emails on Growth, Pro, or Enterprise plans,

If the account is in a trial state under any plan, then we can send up to 5 outbound emails per day.

We can lift these restrictions on special requests and requests can be raised in the below slack channels,
