How can I export the data in my Freshdesk account?

Navigate to the Admin section and follow the path: Account -> Account Export -> New Export. In the New Export window, select the specific modules you wish to export, and then click on the Export option. 



Please note that only an Account Administrator has access to the accounts tab, which enables them to export account information, access billing details, and purchase day passes. 


To access previously exported data from your helpdesk, go to Admin -> Account exports. Here, you can view the export history and track the progress of downloads. You also have the option to directly download the file from this page. 



Clicking on the Details button will open a window displaying information about the export. This includes the selected time period, ticket fields, contact fields, company fields, and other relevant details.
