Can I access the Knowledge Base in Norwegian?

Yes, Freshdesk does support Norwegian as one of its languages. To add Norwegian to your Freshdesk account, you can go to the Admin > Helpdesk Settings section. From there, click on the Manage Languages option and select Norwegian from the list of supported languages.

After adding Norwegian as a supported language, you will be able to create solution articles in Norwegian and publish them on your customer portal, allowing your customers to access information in their preferred language.
