To export tickets from the ticket list view in Freshdesk, you can follow these steps:


1. Log in to your Freshdesk account.

2. Navigate to the Ticket List view by clicking on the "Tickets" icon from the left menu.

3. Apply any filters or search criteria to display the specific tickets you want to export.

4. Once the desired tickets are visible in the list, click on the "Export" button located either at the top-right corner.

5. Choose the desired export format, such as CSV or XLS.

6. Select the specific ticket fields you want to include in the export.

7. Click on the "Export" button at the bottom to initiate the export process.

8. The exported file will be downloaded to your computer, and you can access it from the designated location.


Note: If the 'Export' option is missing for you, it is possible that your Admin has restricted it by setting up a custom role. This setting can be changed under Admin > Roles by an Admin.
