How do I bulk print tickets?
Is there a way to print ticket threads without having to go into each individual ticket?
Resolution Path:
- We do not have bulk print option at the moment. This is a feature request - https://support.freshdesk.com/a/tickets/3345196
- An alternative is to take an account export to get a dump of all the tickets along with their conversations. The export file will be in the form of XML. This might have to be converted into a readable script at customer's end. This is mentioned in this article.
