Queries/mismatch in received ticket data

I am trying to export tickets from the list view but I am seeing a huge difference between the numbers I see in the list view and export file. How can I fix this?


Filters I applied:




From the screenshots, we can see that "Anytime" is applied in the "Created" drop-down under the list view filters and "Last 7 days" in the Export tickets pop-up. Since there's a difference in the date range, the customer will see a difference in numbers. The date range and the metrics (Created, Closed at, Resolved at) that we are applying should be the same in the list view and in the Export tickets pop-up window.


For example: In the list view, if we apply the "Resolved At" as "Last 7 days", then the same metric and date range should be applied in the Export tickets pop-up as well. Screenshots for reference:





I am exporting data from my Freshdesk account. Could you let me know the timezone applied to the information I see?


By default, the data that we see in the ticket list view export follows the agent timezone.
