Issue:
Customers report that for certain agents, in specific devices the absolute time is not shown in the replies.
Absolute (Expected time)
Instead it's showing only the relative time.
Resolution:
This happens due to the Zoom percentage of the browser, or due to the size of the browser window on their desktop screen. Asking the customer to Zoom out, or maximize the browser window(depending on their screen size) would help them see the absolute time as well.
