The Freshdesk customer portal is compliant as per WCAG 2.1 to a great extent. There are a few known issues.

WCAG 2.2 is yet to become W3C's final recommendaiton and that should happen in September. Hence officially until then, we can claim for WCAG 2.1. though we do our testing for WCAG 2.2
