Incorrect Collision Shown

Possible queries:
Eye icon shows random agent names
Agent collision is showing incorrect agent names


Resolution Path:


  • Validate the account details.

  • Check if the issue is being faced by all agents in the account and if the names shown have access to the ticket/group. Check if the same behaviour is being observed in incognito window and if the issue persist after hard refresh of the page.

  • If the issue still persists, get console logs (chrome), HAR file when viewing the ticket. Make sure the web socket related hits are present in the HAR file.

  • Get Occasional agent access to the account and through another browser session/window, assume identity of agent to check if the issue persists. Raise L2 ticket with the details to troubleshoot this further. the
