Issue:-


At times, the number of tickets displayed in the ticket list view page may show an incorrect number, which results in the incorrect number of pages being shown in the list.


For ex:-


Here, the number of unresolved overdue tickets shows 177 tickets.



But when the agents visited the second page in the ticket list view page, they were able to see only up to 52 tickets.

1. Please ensure this occurs for all agents and in the OA. If it is reproducible, then we can raise an L2.

2. This usually happens due to the tickets indexing issue which will be fixed by L2 team.
