Possible Errors:

I changed my mobile and I cannot generate my authentication code to sign in to the Freshdesk anymore. I am the only Org admin in the account.

Resolution Path:

1. Navigate to the Hodor bot in slack - https://fwbuzz.slack.com/archives/D0110JNSQH3

2. Type the command to verify if the agent who is requesting to disable 2FA is actually an org admin and is the only org admin,

              a. get me org admins from {org_domain} in {DC} - Example: get me org admins from my.freshworks.com in US

              b. If step 2 is true, then ping in the regional slack channels to disable 2FA for the Org admin.

              c. If step 2 is false, navigate to step 3.

3. If there is more than one org admin in the account, share the below instructions with the customers to reach out to another org admin in the account to disable 2FA,

               a. Navigate to the Neo Admin Center(Org URL>>security tab) > Users.

               b. Search for the user in the search bar to the left.

               c. Under the Security tab, click on the Disable 2FA button.

4. If the other org admins are no longer with the company or are unavailable, then follow step 2.

Note: If 2FA is mandated as a policy, the next time the user logs in, he/she should re-configure the 2FA.

5. If step 3 is false and the requesting agent is not an org admin, then request the customer to reach out to the Org admin and share the same instructions as step 3.
