Add Emoji Dictionary

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Issue
There is no emoji support in Freshdesk.
Resolution
Currently Freshdesk does not support emoji natively and it is a feature request. But emoji's can be copied from external sources and pasted in replies.
