Resolution Path:

1. Log in to the respective Haystack based on the POD available in Freshops.

2. Enter the search query - "Request from invalid ip for ip whitelisting enabled account" AND "accountid"

3. You'll find the IP address from which the customer is currently trying to access their instance,


4. Please check with the customer if the IP address belongs to them and if we can whitelist the same from the backend.

5. If yes, raise an L2 ticket to whitelist the IP address.

6. If not, inform the customer that we'll disable IP whitelisting on the account level from the backend and post confirmation raise an L2 ticket.
