Where can I change my agent's time zone?
Either the admin or the agent themselves can change their time zone.
The admin can modify the agent time zone from under admin>>agents>>edit agent.
Agents can edit their own time zone from their profile settings by clicking on the profile picture on the top right.
Please note that the agent time zone is applicable only on Pro and Enterprise plans.
What modules load in the helpdesk or agent time zone?
The ticket module always loads in the agent time zone whereas reporting modules such as analytics load in the Helpdesk time zone.
