We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

1. How do you filter the tickets based on customers?
Resolution path:
We can filter the tickets based on customers by mentioning the requester's name (or) email under the 'Contacts' field.
2. How do you filter the tickets based on the company?
Resolution path:
We can filter the tickets based on companies by mentioning the company name under the company field.
It is not possible to filter the tickets based on contact/company fields or custom contact/company fields.
