Resolution path:


  • With ticket list views, we have two formats which can be chose from - Card View and Table View. By default, the layout is set to Card view.

  • The table view columns can be customized and are remembered through the HTTP session cache. So if the agents logs out and logs back in again later, or if the browser cache is cleared somehow, the columns won't be preserved. If this has to be done, it is logged as a feature request currently.

  • The temporary filters applied to card view will also not be retained after the cache and cookies are cleared or if the agent logs in via an incognito window.
