How do I make a particular ticket field mandatory?

To make a ticket field mandatory, please navigate to Admin > Workflows > Ticket fields and click on the field that you would like to make mandatory. You'll see a check box that says 'Required when submitting the form'. You could choose this box to make the field mandatory for the customer as well as agents.
