How to setup portal in multiple languages?

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

This feature is currently not available on Freshdesk Mint.
This feature is not available on the old Freshdesk.
Once we have added the secondary languages under Admin -> Helpdesk settings -> Languages -> Manage languages, we can choose the languages to be visible in the customer portal under the portal settings.
Navigate to Admin -> Portals -> Hover on the portal name -> Click on Edit -> Choose the supported languages -> Save.
