The trial period would be available for 14 days and you would be able to switch between any plan in those 14 days. However, once it has been downgraded to the Sprout plan, you can use it for free for unlimited agents. And if you would like to move to the paid version, you can reach out to billing@freshdesk.com and the change will be done immediately.
