The Agent notifications have been disabled in Freshconnect to avoid spamming the agents with lots of emails since they are notified with the Desktop Notifications. However, we can enable the Agent notification emails from the backend. Please write an email to support@freshdesk.com to proceed with this further.
Why is there no Agent notification in Fresh connect?
