Can the salesforce integration show the ticket history in salesforce?

When you integrate Freshdesk in Salesforce, you would be able to see a few recent Freshdesk tickets and you would have a link to view all the tickets in Freshdesk which when clicked on will take you to Freshdesk account to view the contact's tickets.
