Problem Statement

Customers would reach out to us asking for a signed copy of our DPA for GDPR compliance.

Resolution Path

To get a signed copy of our DPA, please create a service request in Lighthouse. (lighthouse.freshservice.com)
In Lighthouse --> Deals desk -> choose the appropriate request item and add the details requested.
