The Scheduled reports can be sent only to already existing contacts inside Freshdesk. Add the contact in Freshdesk and then have the same set in the Reports.

You can make use of the Performance Distribution Report and this would be available from the Estate plan.

The Reports that you pull from Freshdesk would not contain the tickets that have been marked as Spam and Deleted.

The Ticket Activities reports are sent in the JSON format only and unfortunately it cannot be changed.
