We can send and receive emails with an attachment size limit of 20 MB/conversation for accounts on the Blossom(Growth) and above plans. For Sprout(Free) and trial accounts, the attachment size limit is 15 MB.
If paid customers reach out to increase the attachment size, we can increase it up to 25MB using the feature code in Freshops.
