Resolution Path
- Check if the account has sufficient day passes. If not, ask the user to contact their Account admin to purchase the required number of day passes required for their Occasional agents to login seamlessly. A complimentary day pass may be added so that the agent can login without any delay in case they have exhausted their day passes.
- If an Occasional agent's API key is used in webhooks or custom apps, it will work only as long as the day pass is active and the agent is logged in after which it will fail with a 403 error.
