Agent blocked due to incorrect login attempts

We will be replacing the older version of Freshdesk with the new Mint experience on January 31, 2019. All your data and configurations will remain intact. Switching back to the old Freshdesk will not be possible.

Agent blocked due to incorrect login (username and password)
Resolution path:
- Agent has been blocked due to incorrect email address and password. The below error is shown when we attempt with wrong credentials.

- The user profile will be automatically unblocked after 2 hours.
- You can get this done in HODOR a bot in Slack to unlock the user immediately. You would need the agent email address whose profile is blocked along with the organization URL.

- You will have to reach out to your regional slack group to perform the aforementioned step.
