Agent blocked due to incorrect login (username and password)


Resolution path:

  • Agent has been blocked due to incorrect email address and password. The below error is shown when we attempt with wrong credentials.


  • The user profile will be automatically unblocked after 2 hours.
  • You can get this done in HODOR a bot in Slack to unlock the user immediately. You would need the agent email address whose profile is blocked along with the organization URL.


  • You will have to reach out to your regional slack group to perform the aforementioned step.
