Possible Questions:

1. Where can I download the invoices for my account?


Resolution Path:

1. Only Account administrators would be able to download their Freshdesk account invoices from within the helpdesk.


2. Please navigate to Admin -> Account -> Plans and Billing -> View Invoices from where you could download them.


3. Kindly note that this is available only for online payments that have a registered card on the portal. 


4. For accounts with offline modes of payments (bank transfers and PayPal),reseller paid account, affiliate subscription, please route the ticket to the FinOps team and cc the account manager to take it forward.


5. To check if the account is online, offline or reseller paid account, please open Chargebee, search for the account ID and look for the term Auto collection 


6. If auto collection is ON, then it's an online subscription account and if it's OFF, it's an offline account.
