Possible Queries :


1. Is it possible to unmerge a ticket after it has been merged ? 

2. Can we undo a merge on a ticket ? 


Resolution Path :


We do not have a way to unmerge a ticket in Freshdesk. 

Once a ticket has been merged into another ticket, there is no option to undo the action or unmerge a ticket. 


The only option/workaround here in case a customer wishes to handle the tickets separately after a merge, is to create a new ticket manually, and continue the conversation on the new ticket.
