Possible Queries :
- Tickets shown in the Custom List View are incorrect.

Resolution Path :
When a customer mentions that the tickets shown in the list view are not matching the filtering criteria added, we can validate the same by :
- Checking if it is specific only to a single agent, or replicable by all agents. If it is only reproducible for a single agent, we can check if clearing cache & cookies helps.
- If the issue persists, obtain occasional agent access to the customer's helpdesk. Check if the issue is replicable and if it is, raise an L2 ticket with details.
- Also, If the tickets are listed in the Custom View, but the count on the top right corner is incorrect with the pages unable to navigate, you can raise an L2 with the details.
