Option To Change Header/Footer Of Printed Ticket

Can I change the header of the printed ticket?

Can the fields in printed header be modified?

Resolution Path:


By default, we cannot modify the header/footer of the pdf generated. However, you would be able to print specific fields with the help of the Custom Ticket Printing app in Freshdesk. This could be suggested to customers after checking the app's functionalities. 


(Since it is a third party app, any issues w.r.t. the app would have to be checked by the app developers.)


For any other customization, check internally if a feature request is available or check with Leads/Mentors if it can be raised as an enhancement.
