How do I show a ticket field to customers but prevent them from editing it?

To prevent a ticket field from being modified by the customer, please navigate to Admin -> Workflows -> Ticket Fields -> [Concerned Ticket field].


On the dialogue box that opens, kindly uncheck the option that says 'Customer can edit'.
