Email notifications can be set for Agents as well as Requesters. If you would like only the Requester notifications to be sent out, then you could turn off the Agent notifications from Admin--> Email notifications--> Agent notifications
I want to know how to disable having e-mails sent in response to support requests to both the sender as well as our agents, as these messages only need to be sent to the requester.
